DDI Architecture & Planning was formed by
Jeff Spring in 1978 in Spokane, Washington. The office was moved
to Redmond, Washington in April 1988. Jeff has been a licensed
architect in the State of Washington since 1989.
Jeff attended Montana State University, School of
Architecture while working summers for his father's construction
company. This experience in all aspects of construction has
proved invaluable to his practice by allowing him to be in touch
with cost efficient construction methods as well as a practical
working knowledge of how buildings actually go together.
During the past 22 years, we have provided high quality
designs for more than 7,000 residential projects throughout the
United States as well as several foreign countries. Our designs
have been featured in many newsstand magazines as well as Home
Magazine, Builder Magazine, and Better Homes and Gardens. We
have received many awards over the years for design excellence.
Among them are Most Livable Home and the People's Choice awards
in regional home shows.
At DDI, we are dedicated to providing highly accurate and
buildable home plans for builders and homeowners. We pride
ourselves on our ability to incorporate the specific needs of
our clients into the finished design product.
